Well, here I am again, still sick. Except now, I am finally going to the doctors. Yay. Or not. It just reminds me that i have to go to the dentist too. And I hate dentists. Hate them. But anyway. My breathing was getting shallower and I was getting short of breath quicker and it was getting harder to breathe when I went to bed so I decided I should probably go to the doctor. The upshot of all this is that I get lifts to uni coz I would have a coughing fit and be unable to breathe properly if I rode.
All of my assignments are finished. YAY. And I have only 3 exams. Yes, uni is pretty cruisy at the moment.
3 days left. 3 days. Only 2 more 8am starts! TWO!!!! That is, providing next semester's timetable doesn't change... at the moment there are no 8 am starts, but that doesn't guarantee anything... :(
Well this is short and sweet but I must be off. Have fun everyone and don't get sick. It's really not fun at all. As Tenille would tell you as well.

He's been living in the lounge room for the past week oh so kindly sharing his germs with the REST OF THE FAMILY, and now Christine and I are sick too. And it ain't just no ordinary cold. I'm talking coughing fits every 10 minutes, not being able to laugh coz you end up in a coughing fit, gross medicine, David getting a week off school... more than a week actually, coz he hasn't even gone back today. I bet I still have to go to uni *scowls* And I have to ride. Do you have any idea what that's going to do to my respiratory system in the state it's in??
Maybe I could just refuse to ride. I'm sure I could get a lift if I tried. Ick... that rhymed. And 'rhymed' does NOT rhyme with 'tried'.
Aaahaha. That boy is so only doing it for the sympathy vote. Ok, so maybe not only. But he's looking for the sympathy vote. Coz I was just giving Elisabeth her piano lesson and David was on the computer beside us, coughing and dying... I told him if he didn't shut up for a reasonable length of time, he had to go downstairs (to the crummy compootar). The coughing lessened remarkably.

Three assignments left. Threeeeeeeeeeeeee. Hahaha. Three. Ok, over that. I have one due today... it is a partner assignment... I have a feeling our lecturer is going to penalise us coz he knows there was a break down in communication between us, but it wasn't our fault. The uni network thing screwed up. *shakes fist* Anyways, it is 15 minutes long between the two of us, I think we should be set if my partner finished the stuff she was supposed to do last night, and if she printed it off like she said she would o.O
I then have another group assignment next week, 10 minutes between THREE (again, aaahahaha) of us, aargh how short is that?! Not enough time. Which means I get to talk for a grand total of three minutes. Hahaha it's haunting me, three!!! Anyway. The assignment's cruising along pretty well, should be all good.
And then I have one left, it's a feature article for our class's blog http://jn2021.blogspot.com -> I think the most recent article is my da Vinci Code article. Anyway. My feature article doesn't have a due date, w00t, and I'm doing it on the Relay for Life. Which means I need to organise some interviews and a recorder. Anyone have one they want to loan me??
I'm so tired. I came to uni at 8, then ended up skipping the 8 am lecture coz I was gonna be late anyway and wasn't in the mood for walking into a lecture late. So I went to the library and worked on my PR assignment. Hopefully the notes for the Tourism lecture I missed (heh... missed both this week) will be on the net. Otherwise, I'm stuffed.
I have now been here for 2 hours and have another hour to go before I meet up with Tori. I'm looking forward to that, we haven't really met up for weeks. Last week she was sick, the week before we went out street fishing, the week before that was lecture recess.
Two weeks left of semester!! TWO! I am so loving this half of semester. The end was in sight before it even began XD. A 5 week term. That is so many types of awesome. And then I have only three (!!!) exams. *Parties*
Yeah well I'm off. I don't have an awful lot more to do, but I figure I should try and arrange interviews now, and if this entry goes on much longer, no-one's going to want to read it. Ciao.

As many of you will now know, yesterday was Andre's and my first anniversary XD.
Firstly a single rose found its way onto my doorstep at 9:30 yesterday morning, with the note A taste of tonight. -Andre . My first thought was "Oh no... what is that boy up to." Then at 7:30 he came and picked me up after telling me to get dressed up formal, then, after presenting Mum and my two sisters Michelle (16) and Christine (12) with roses as a "thankyou" for letting him have me for the past year (  ), he took me down to the Strand where his Dad had set up a candlelit dinner for the two of us with prawn cocktails and ham, cheese and crackers etc with this chocolate custardy stuff for dessert  Aaaand... there were an additional eleven roses, making that a dozen roses all up  Wheeeeeeee I am so spoilt  Hahaha. Well here we are, another week of uni. I have an assignment due tomorrow and- shock horror- IT'S FINISHED!! And after that, I only have three assignments left!!! *Parties* But... that includes two presentations >.<
Oh well.
Today is Andre's and my first anniversary XD YAY. Heehee. I have no idea what's happening tonight... he won't tell me. He never does :P ^_^ But... a rose rocked up on my front doorstep this morning with the note A taste of tonight. - Andre Hmmmmmmmmm.
The weekend was lots of fun, it was our church camp out at the Station. On Sunday we played a game of soccer- man I am so unfit- my legs are still sore from it :( Sunday night was a drama/skits thing, heaps of fun. Our group consisted of Beebs, Sarah N, Mrs Hawken, Nathan, myself, Katrina, Tim and Bethany Canavan. Our provided props were... two mini witches hats (the orange road works type ones), a Hitler-looking coat, a banana box, a milo tin, a crochered bee, a toy steering wheel and our location was a hair salon. Anyway. We sat there for an hour coming up with absolutely nothing before deciding to do a good old Take-the-Mickey-out-of-prominent-church-members thing. So Katrina ended up as Dave Hopper, Mrs Hawken was Mr Bury, Tim was Mr Nickson, and Nathan was the speaker, Roland (also in the position of head hair dresser). Beebs was a hairdresser, Bethany was an apprentice, and Sarah and I were various salon equipment: ie. hair dryers, wash basins, etc. Some of the Classics were... NB: Only Willows and ex-Willows members will get these.
Nathan aka Roland: Good morning Mr Nickson, what can I do for you today?
Tim aka Mr Nickson: I'll have a Shaun McLaren, thanks. Nathan: You mean you want it all off?!

Kim: Oh, you'd make a wonderful daughter in law. Really, you should meet my Matty...
Nathan: Sorry mr Bury, but I can't have you disturbing my hairdressers. Are you here for a hair cut?
Kim: I've had one!! Can you tell which hair? *points to supposedly almost-bald head*
Nathan: Well I'm going to have to ask you to leave...
Kim: *nudges me, currently playing a hair dryer* How about you? You look like you'd-
Beebs interrupts: Uh, no, that's the equipment. Stay away from that.
Kim: *nudges Bethany* How about you? Have you met my Matty?
Bethany: No, but he sounds interesting!
Kim: Oh he is. Here's his photo...
Bethany: Oh really? Is he free tonight?
Kim: He should be, he's free most nights...
*Nathan eventually gets rid of Mr Bury and chastises Bethany for selfishly wanting time off work to go out with Matty*
Katrina: Back in Dalby, the centre of the universe, things like that would never happen!! *Turns to Bethany* Young lady, have you ever considered going into youth ministry?

The audience didn't stop laughing teh whole time. Especially Mr Nickson who we totally took the mickey out of (quotes not included above). And Mr Bury was a JUDGE!!!... and he gave us a perfect 10!! No-one else ever got a 10. We ended up winning ^_^ Mrs Bury couldn't stop laughing... she said everything Kim did as Mr Bury was absolutely 100% perfectly true. People were still talking about it the next day :D
Anyway. That was my weekend. I'm currently debating whether to go to my PR Lecture next. I'm not in the mood. I'd rather research some more for my Bali assignment (which is a group assignment).
Oh, and I declare a day of mourning for last Sunday, coz the Cowboys lost their first home game this season. Against the Roosters, no less!! Paul, I'm not talking to you for the next week. ;) :P
Ok well I'm off now. We only have dial up at home at the moment so I'm making the most of uni internet. We're getting our ADSL2+ modem soon XD Very exciting. Got a new 19inch slimline monitor today YAY (good for watching DVDs-- I mean... reading assignments properly... :P) 19 inch!! 19!! Our old monitor was crappy and dark, I just thought dad would get a 17 inch one o.O but no... oh, and new speakers for the downstairs pool table room and yay ^_^
